Parent Involvement

Many of our activities would not be possible without our strong volunteer programs and the support of the Parents Council. Many of the activities at The Preschool are led by parents. They include:

• Multicultural week – a week to learn about other nations
• Marketplace week – a look at life during Jesus’ time
• Carnival – a special day for sharing the school with family and friends
• PAL Parents – a special one on one program to help our pre-kindergarteners learn letters
• Class Parties – celebrations of Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's and Easter
• Parent Enrichment Programs – Classes to offer parents information on a variety of subjects
• Book Fair - Each year The Preschool sponsors a book fair at a local bookstore.
• Preschool Silent Auction - an evening of fundraising for parents, teachers & friends.
